University Admissions

Personalized admissions counseling for high schoolers.

Applying to American and British universities is often a bewildering process – even for Americans and Britons. As a foreign applicant, selecting universities, preparing tests, and submitting applications can be an especially confusing, difficult, and frustrating task. The payoff for success, however, is considerable. In international university rankings, nearly all of the top 20 are either American or British.

Ivy Entry’s college preparation mission is simple: to guide families through every step of the university admissions process. Our college admissions tutors are graduates of top-tier universities such as the Ivy League and Oxbridge. They know first-hand what the process is like to apply to the best American and British institutes of higher education and have deep expertise in guiding their students through it as well. Their specialty is to unlock their advisees’ potential, showcase their unique strengths, and advise them on any and all aspects of their applications.

The university admission process is also an opportunity to build writing, presentation, and executive functioning habits that follow students into their college years beyond. Building on the strength of their relationships, our tutors are also available to continue supporting their students through the transition to their university years.

All students receive some form of university counseling. Only a few have Ivy Entry. In an environment where some schools accept only 5 out of 100 applicants, it pays to be unique.
